The fridge had nicotine stains, there was soap scum all over the shower and tub, and the outlet cover in the bathroom was cracked. There was a hair dryer receptacle but the actual dryer was not there. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was instant oatmeal, nutrigrain bars, previously frozen packaged muffins, and coffee.

I took a shower and then when I went to put on socks my feet were caked with dirt on the bottom. I didn’t even realize how dirty the floor was until then. You have to take your dirty towels to the front desk to get an exchange. The associate looked as disgusted as I did carrying dirty towels through the hotel to the front desk to then have her extend a laundry basket to me for them. And then I had to take the trash out of my own room and put it in their trash room. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I’ve always set out trash outside my door and it was taken. I did that and it sat for a day and a half before I realized I actually had to take it out myself. I got this room because it was cheaper than the one the rest of my company stayed at but I understand why it was cheaper now.

Stayed 2 different times in the span of 10 days. It was okay. By 8am most of the breakfast offerings were empty - the hot water was lukewarm and the coffee was empty. You were out of cream... I don't need a luxurious hot bar but I do need a quick cup of joe. Otherwise, the facility reflects the price, which is fine by me.

We have stayed at Extended Stay Hotels before and were satisfied. Unfortunately, this hotel stay was not pleasurable. The room lighting was too soft, and the cleanliness was not acceptable, ie; large stain on carpet. The bathroom did not have ample room to place toiletries for use while using the facility. The shower head did not move properly. One more item; breakfast was disappointing, with no milk for coffee only creamers. Extremely limited in food items unlike most other hotels, that have eggs, toast,etc.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The property was dirty and falling apart. The carpet in the room was absolutely disgusting. The sheets, towels, pillow cases, and shower curtain all had small stains on them. The toilet had dried pee running down the front of it, the toilet had clearly not been cleaned. The room smelled of mildew and the bathroom was clearly in need of repair.

Overall it was ok but a couple of times a day the whole room would shake for about 5 mins. At night, it would wake me up. The front desk staff told me it’s from their washer/dryer.

This property should not even be listed on Expedia. It is filthy, rooms are old and dirty. Our shower curtain rod was pulled out of the wall, the towel rack feel down (held in with only 1 screw), the walls and carpets were disgusting. We felt very unsafe. To charge $150 for this hotel is a rip off.
