The staff member at check-in was friendly and charming. The room was clean and smelled nice as we walked in. Mattresses were comfortable allowing for a good night’s sleep. In our bathroom, while it was mostly clean, did have areas at the baseboards around the tub that needs attention. The design of the shower allows for water to splash out and water to pool. Pink residue has built up at the floor level in the grout and that needs to be scrubbed. Hair in the tub drain should have been removed as part of the cleaning. Breakfast was basic. The poor staff member did look a bit frazzled at trying to keep the area stocked and straightened. I think we came at the end of a rush though, so not his fault. However an extra staff person would have been a good idea. Overall, our stay was pleasant and we’ll stay again on our next visit to the area.

Housekeeping was a little laid back. I was there for 8 nights and got housekeeping 2 times. The staff at the desk were great. They tried to accommodate us but the housekeeping was never on time
