Upon arrival at 3:30pm our room wasn’t ready yet so we had to wait for about an hour. Then when we got to the room there was a dirty towel laying across the shower. Also there was only a third of a roll of toilet paper on the roll and none extra, so I went to the lobby and ask for another roll of toilet paper. Was told it would be sent up by someone an hour went by still no toliet tissue so I sent my son down to ask again was told the same thing. We never got the second roll. The pool was green not useable. My daughter was flying in from Florida so when she landed she called the number for the shuttle. We were told that we are only 4 minutes from the airport. She had to call the number 6 times and finally after waiting for almost an hour the shuttle showed up! I was not pleased with this hotel at all, and would not recommend it to anyone!

Hampton Inn Review Overall, my stay was good, but there were a few things I wish had been made clear before booking through Expedia. First, nowhere during the booking process was it explained that parking costs $30 per day. That was an unexpected expense that travelers should know about in advance. Another disappointment was the pool. The hotel advertises having a pool, but when I arrived, it was dirty and not in operation. I came to town to spend time with my grandchildren, and swimming together was something we were looking forward to. It was very disappointing to find out after checking in that the pool was unavailable. I also experienced an issue at the front desk when I asked about the pool. I was mistakenly told that my reservation had been canceled, even though I had never requested a cancellation. Thankfully, James, the General Manager, stepped in and quickly resolved the situation, making sure I was still able to stay at the Hampton Inn. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service. On the positive side, the hotel is very clean, appears to have been recently remodeled, and is in a great location close to the airport. The airport shuttle runs 24 hours a day, which is very convenient. Also, the hotel places only a $50 incidental hold on your card for the duration of your stay. Overall, I hope the hotel and Expedia will be more transparent about the daily parking fee and clearly notify guests when amenities like the pool are out of order.

The staff was amazing, but they aren't given much to work with. There is only one person checking in the throngs of people so the check in line was out the door. Then the pool was closed. Then my tv was broken, and despite staff trying to fix it, it never worked. I am very grateful for the wonderful staff, but I was appalled by the condition of the hotel and inability to provide the basic amenities I paid for.

I’ve traveled all my life and stayed at a lot of high end hotels. This was my first experience with top of the line customer service. We were on a two day test coming from a cancer center for care. The AGM was exceptional he was very warm concerned caring eager to accommodate. He went higher than customer service he made such an emotional time with dealing with a stage 4 cancer and all the low ends of navigating thru these trying times. I felt I was in my comfort zone and it felt like home away from home. His staff that works under his instruction were all kind and eager to please . The facility was beyond immaculate. He the AGM needs to be recognized for going above and beyond for the franchise he deserved a higher pay I could never trade his customer service for any one. This was a once in a lifetime experience I wish I could say other hotels could meet the quality services . I will tell family friends and co- workers they need to see it to believe it. I thank you so much and I have so much gratitude. Please acknowledge this as a plus for future word of hear say and allow it to be passed on. Thank you so much and our family will continue to stay there. Thank you

Only problem I had was there was a power outage and the Hotel didn’t have a back up generator or emergency power source. The power outage was Caused by mother nature but the lack of back generators was all on the property.

This hotel was clean the staff was very kind. Our room wasn’t clean yet and it was almost 5:00pm the staff was very sorry and came and got us as soon as it was ready. The pool wasn’t swimmable the water was green. Other than that it was a nice place. The beds were very comfortable.

Breakfast was average hotel fare. Breakfast staff was attentive and kept things clean. I didn't see tea or hot water for tea, just lots of coffee. No floor mat for stepping out of the shower (Every towel except bath towel was too small for use as a substitute.) There was a loose baseboard tile in the bathroom.

I asked for room service and during 2 night stay I was denied, had to stay in a dirty room and nor was I replaced any new lotion or shampoo bottles. The pool was and currently shutdown for the summer. This information was not provided in the website nor was I accommodated by the hotel manager when I advised him my family I traveled to the hotel to enjoy the pool and among other activities. No one cared to help improve our family trip, no accommodations or a slight discount for the inconvenience caused by the hotel staff and marketing team.

Power outage for almost 24 hours. Could have offered a flashlight or something. Why doesn’t a big hotel have a generator? Continental breakfast selection was awful one day. You have out signs for food and when I asked when are you bringing it out your reply was there isn’t any. Then why is the sign up? I asked at 8:28 and breakfast ends at 9:30. Oh and stain on the top comforter.

The pool was not open at all during the stay. It was green and had no loungers. Barely any food during breakfast hours. Power went out during the second day of our stay and was not returned. We were given no updates about the power status and had to pack our things at 10pm to find a new hotel. They report we will get a refund for the night we missed… waiting on that.
