Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Wasn’t as expected. I wanted to leave it at that but received a message saying I needed to rewrite my review with more accuracy. The communication was poor we begged for check in instructions and they came super late on top of a million paragraphs that should’ve been sent prior to us checking in. While we were at the property sitting outside still waiting for check in instructions they informed us that we would be switched to the upstairs floor because the tenants in our original unit extended their stay which was also a huge inconvenience. We had to constantly call and only sometimes would get through to them.
