The property was nice and staff was okay. No one serving at the restaurant or bar. The pool was never open and it was a hot weekend.

I was very happy with this hotel. Nicely updated rooms. Check-in and out was easy and quick. Could hear sounds from the hallway and next room but that was the only negative.

The property was very noisy. I could hear guests moving around on the floor above, hallway doors slamming and people talking in the hallway (at a reasonable volume) inside the room. The AC was programmed to shut off (likely through a motion sensor) despite the fan being set to medium and it being much warmer in the room then the set point temperature. I couldn’t get the room to stay cool enough to stay asleep. I would get up, turn on the light and play with the unit. It would kick on but shut off shortly after I got back into bed each time.

This hotel is a gem. I’ll definitely stay here again if in the area. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I brought it down a star because none of the three treadmills in the gym worked properly and the breakfast hot foods were only room temperature. The breakfast selection was very good and plentiful. They could improve it by using boiling or hot water in the bottom of the food warmers to keep the food hot or warm. There was no water and thus the food cooled down. I would have microwaved my food in the breakfast area, but none was available in the dining area. (I did take my food to my room on the second day and microwaved it and ate in my room.)

There were paint stains on the bathroom walls resembling dried spit. We were offered to change rooms but we were exhausted from our trip. After being told there was ice on every floor. We found that there was not a working ice machine above the 1st floor. This has been a trend lately. Substandard service, undesirable conditions in rooms and poorly maintained guest amenities.

I found the idea of QUIET from 9pm to 9am EXCELLENT. We were there for 3 nights and it was quiet each and every night. We also agree that the breakfast was very nice and there was pretty much something for everyone. The breakfast area was kept spotless and I believe his name was Juan and the other gentleman (sorry I don’t remember his name) were both very friendly and professional. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Our experience with the stay at this hotel was amazing. The customer service provided was excellent and we appreciated the convenience of being able to get coffee or a glass of wine in the lobby. However, we did encounter an issue with the sink water not draining properly. Despite this, we still highly recommend this hotel.
