    The Space:

Luxury top of the line apartment is the renovation and reuse of the Hancock St Johns Church, originally constructed in 1855. Located at the border between Fishtown & Northern Liberties. The land where the church sits was purchased in 1855 from a descendant of John Adams and once hosted Anna Marie Jarvis, the founder of Mother's Day. A stunning work of stained glass, much of which we have preserved, was dedicated to her memory and placed in the front of the church and will grace the common areas within the building. This building takes luxury, history and convenience to the next level; We promise you will love it!

    The Neighborhood:

Fishtown is one of Philadelphia’s most dynamic and sought-after neighborhoods, blending historic charm with a modern, artsy edge. Once a working-class fishing district, it’s now a thriving hub of creativity, culture, and culinary innovation. Just minutes from Center City, this walkable neighborhood is filled with local coffee shops, cutting-edge restaurants, trendy boutiques, and vibrant street art.

    Getting Around:

Fishtown is one of Philly’s most walkable and vibrant neighborhoods, packed with amazing restaurants, cafés, art spaces, and music venues—all just steps from your door. The Market-Frankford Line (the “El”) is just a short walk away and gets you to Center City in under 10 minutes. If you prefer biking, there are plenty of Indego bike share stations nearby, and the flat terrain makes for an easy ride. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are always readily available, and street parking is usually manageable if you’re bringing a car. Whether you’re exploring the neighborhood or heading downtown, getting around is simple and convenient.

    Other Things to Note:

This is a very peaceful community and we are strict in enforcing quiet hours here. We want every guest to enjoy their stay but please do not book this location to plan a party. We will end the reservation immediately.
