This apartment was convenient for a quick trip to Philadelphia. I had no issue accessing the building or apartment; the two bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of bedding/towels, and everything was clean, though in need of some minor repairs that did not impact our stay. There were plenty of parking lots/garages nearby; we parked in a lot and walked and/or took public transportation everywhere. When walking, it was a 5-minute walk to the nearest metro station, less than 10 minutes to the Independence Visitor Center and nearby museums/attractions, 10 minutes to the Reading Terminal Market and Convention Center, 15 minutes to City Hall. Just a block from the Chinatown Friendship Gate and plenty of restaurants. The kitchen was stocked, though we only used the fridge for storing leftovers.Cons (not for us, but should be noted in the listing for others who may be impacted): this is a 2-story stairs walk-up; it is not ADA accessible. It is located is right in the city, so there was quite a bit of noise outside late into the night and early in the morning (sirens, garbage trucks, etc.). It was also very bright in the bedrooms in the morning (6am in late June), so this might be tough for light and noise-sensitive sleepers without a sleeping mask and earplugs. Overall, a great apartment for our stay and our travel needs. Would stay here again.
