Dear Hotels.com Team,
I am very disappointed with the experience in the Motel6 in Northeast Philadelphia! I stayed for two nights in room 115 on the 1st floor, and every night, I could hear luggage moving on the rolls across the room and conversations. It wasn't quiet, and I couldn't sleep at all. In addition, the room had some insects moving on the wall and on the patio, dogs' pups, and a plastic cup. It was disgusting because I could easily step into the dog's pups. I complained in the morning and was told they would give me another room on the 2nd floor the next night. Therefore, I checked out from room 115 after the first night. However, when I came back to check in for the second night, I was told that no rooms were available on the second floor, and as a result, they gave me room 115 on the 1st floor again. I had never had this awful experience with logging. The website shows one kind of room that is clean and nice, but in reality, it was the worst condition that could be imagined with flying insects. As a prof, I have included photos and a video with a moving on-wall insect. Thank you!
