Great location but noisy
Excellent location, but it is noisy. Glad I read the reviews before going because it did prepare us for the pros/cons of this apartment. It is quite noisy, you can hear all the noise in the street noise, hallway and apartment above as if it is happening in the apartment itself. I recommend ear plugs. Also, the couch is firm to sleep on, but we brought a camping pad which was enough to make it comfortable. Otherwise, the apartment is updated and comfortable to stay in. There's lots of hot water, which was nice for 3 women all showering in the morning. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who takes account for the above downfalls.

Great location, responsive owner/mgmnt
The bedding was not the freshest smelling n I'm hoping by accident the cleaners, in rushing, left an over full dryer off sheets n towels still wet in there. We don't blame owner at all. We handled it. Couldn't figure out how to open the blinds. Location was perfect. They were very responsive with replying when we had an issue mid rental. Looked like maybe it was newer to renting, we would try it again. Thx for letting us stay.

Lovely stay in center city!
I love this property and will definitely stay again. Prime location with a quaint apartment. New appliances. There are several steps to get into the unit, but the stairway is spacious and very well lit. Please note the art gallery is no longer there, but the unit is still easy to find. Thank you!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities: WIFI, fully equipped kitchen area, plenty of linens, and secure entry. There are a Target and CVS within 100 feet. The bus and metro lines to the historic district are within walking distance. This apartment was a major factor in my having a great vacation in Philadelphia.

Nice Philly Weekend
The property was clean and very serviceable, as promised in the advertisement. The location was unbeatable - just a block from Rittenhouse Square and within walking distance to many other of Philly's sightseeing areas of interest. The residence was mostly quiet, and very convenient, as there was a CVS and Target right next door / across the street. This was helpful, as the property, while perfectly acceptable, left us needing a few things (paper towels/napkins, hand soap). We also could have used a 3rd towel (or bathmat) - but we made the best of it. The property also had a W/D if necessary - we used it to freshen the towels and our clothing. The only drawback was that there was seemingly always a noise coming from the Utility closet, even if the HVAC was off. Nothing to ruin a weekend, just a stray observation. Would stay again!
