    East Falls is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the city but also want a more relaxed and suburban atmosphere. The neighborhood is home to a beautiful park, a variety of shops and restaurants, and a close-knit community.

    Guests will have access to all common areas of the building including the gym, pool, lounge areas, shared workspaces, and lobby

    Each bedroom has the following:
    - Queen sized bed with nightstands and lamps.
    - Designated workspace with desk and chair
    - Closet

    Kitchen comes equipped with all of the basic tool needed to prepare and enjoy your meals.

    Living area with seating area, coffee table and wall mounted TV.

    One full bath located in the hall between the two bedrooms, with tub and shower, and one sink & vanity.

    East Falls is a great place to explore on foot or by bike. There are plenty of sidewalks and bike paths in the neighborhood, and it's a short walk to the Wissahickon Valley Park. If you need to drive, there is free parking on premises.

    There are also a number of public transportation options available in East Falls. The SEPTA East Falls Station is located just a few blocks from the apartment building, and it provides service to Center City Philadelphia and other parts of the city.

Room Rental Not Ready

The 2 bedroom apartment was not ready to be rented. The bathtub had excessive hair, bed not made, plaster falling from the ceiling, used towels in the bathroom…. Again, not ready. I had to be placed in a one bedroom. I had to stay somewhere else. I am highly disappointed that no one was aware of the condition of a rental before renting it to customers.
