I’ve stayed here before and it’s small, but very convenient for me. I thought I had rented the second floor one, but this one is fine. I’d love to see a latch on the back door like there is on the front door. But, it’s quiet and perfectly comfortable! Will stay again!

Good location, awful upkeep

I’m honestly not even sure that the room was cleaned after the last guest/s. I have pictures, but I don’t have the option to attach. There was spatter of some sort on the curtain beside the toilet. The unit was absolutely filthy- dust, debris, and remnants of prior guests (hair, dust, hairspray cap, dirt) beside the sink that had to be a buildup of not cleaning for at least 4 months. The bed seemed clean but I don’t think the comforter was washed on top. It smelled weird and my face broke out a few days later. Good location, responsive host when the code wasn’t working to get in but very obviously not cleaned well between guest stays.

I loved the room, the neighborhood, the location. I bought extra stuff because either all amenities weren't listed or I didn't see them. Either way I didn't need them She had everything. This stay made my first time in Philly great. Thank you. I will be back.
