"Place was infested with mice. Fridge was defect. Dishwasher didn’t work. Moldy floors. Bathroom was not sanitary. Floors and door handles were sticky. Bathroom door didn’t close as the frame was crooked. I contacted the host right away for these issues as we were staying for a month, but she just kept saying she was “trying to contact a technician “. I needed to talk to the resolution center multiple times and then she basically kicked us out instead of rectifying the issue. Will not recommend...

"The apartment is conveniently located in Rittenhouse square with a bakery just next door. We enjoyed the city and walk to most locations but transportation is easy to get. The apartment is not suited for individuals who have difficulty with stairs or have large pieces of luggage as the stairs are a tight spiral. The apartment was just as described and worked well for my husband and I. We enjoyed our stay and loved spending time in Philadelphia. Hope to be back soon!"
