"Food was excellent for an AI. Rooms and resort very clean. Staff not very friendly at the desk - out AC was not working properly and we slept hot the first night. The next morning we asked for maintenance to check at 10am. By 8pm it was not checked and still not working. Went to the desk and told maintenance would come. Returned tj the room for over an hour with no maintenance. Went back to the desk & We were told no more room in “your price range” to move to and there was nothing they could do and no manager to help. Maintenance called technician to come. When we returned to the room maintenance was there and the air was finally working correctly. It took a while for the room to cool off but thank God it did because otherwise we were expected to sleep in a hot room as no other available in our “price Range” which is ridiculous considering how much I paid anyway!"
