Absolutely one of the best places I've ever stayed the hosts are so welcoming and friendly and it was very comfortable and clean and if I ever come that way again I will definitely be staying again!

A perfect little getaway!
My wife and I were in desperate need of a night away from home and this basement suite in the country was just what we needed! Cool, clean, cozy and well stocked, the care taken to make this place a great stay is obvious! My wife and I walked the awesome trails through the woods on the property which I highly recommend, (the frog pond was great!) and greatly enjoyed the humorous signs on the trees along the way! Only recommendation I would make to the owners would be some softer pillows for the bed and maybe a box-fan for white-noise lovers like my wife and I, but these details didn't detract from our stay at all! We loved every minute and are so grateful to the owners for hosting us at their awesome property! Thanks so much and would highly recommend this place!

A treasure
Favorite lodging of my single lady five day cross country trek with little dog. Clean, quiet, safe and welcoming. Setting is Far enough away from highway so no noise but close enough for easy access; peaceful pastoral setting with mowed path in woods for dog walk. Kitchenette had plates and bowls to heat up dinner; comfy couch to stretch out on; linens clean and fresh. Easy parking right outside door. Interior space is larger than pictures show. Perfect combination for my needs. Will plan return route to be able to stay here again. Thank you to hosts for sharing this treasure with travelers!

Beautiful
Perfect for our one night stay. We had our puppy and were able to stay at a very affordable rate. We had an early baseball game, and this allowed us to not have such a crazy early morning. My son played baseball outside with the hosts’ son and his two friends. Property is beautiful. Will try to stay again if we have early morning tournaments locally again. Highly recommend.

Convenient
This is our third time staying at this location. Always meets our needs for a one night stay. The bed is not my favorite but the sheets and blanket are very nice. I would love to see a king bed. Get rid of the tall table and do a coffee table in front of the pull out sofa for dining. Thanks for having us, I'm sure we will be back!

Everything was great!
We were just in town for the night for a wedding. Everything was clean and quiet. The hosts were wonderful and even invited us for dinner. The property is beautiful. Wish we would have had time to explore it. I would highly recommend staying here.
