I like the cleanliness of the bed sheets and the room. Good size room. Good security systems. Areas can be improved . Staffs knowledge of the international booking system . Available of the food services after normal hours. It is important for guests coming from different time zones. . The shower floor is slippery. Should have a shower pad. . No tower hangers inside the shower room.

The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection. Overall, much better options at the same price and waayy better options for just $10 or so more.

The as states 5 * but not to International Hotel standards. Perhaps for Cambodia. The safe was not secure nor operational; staff spoke very little English; my room was cleaned day 4 of my 5 nite stay. Do not recommend and will not stay there on my return. 30 min Tuk Tuk minimum from cultural and tourist attraction

전체적으로는 좋은 편이다. 직원들은 서로 안되는 영어지만, 최선을 다한다. 라운지바는 너무 좋다. 동양인이 압도적으로 많다. 위치는 조금 불편하다. 청소는 열심히 한다. 그러나 구석구석 제대로 알려준 사람이 없는 듯 하다. 조식은 매일 거의 같다. 캄보디아 호텔들 공통사항처럼 배수는 엉망이다. 와이파이 약하다. 가끔 정전된다. 바퀴벌레 나온다. 방음은 중간이다. 가족, 연인여행보다 출장이 좋다. 정말 연인과 함께 간다면 다시 한 번 고려해 보길 권장한다.
