Loved all the staff. So friendly and made the stay much more enjoyable. As a solo-female traveller from Canada, it made me feel safe and comfortable with no worries. I did enjoy the food as well, however it is located in the Chinatown part of Phnom pehn, so it was more a Chinese cuisine but the Khmer cuisine was delicious!!

So, i like this place, beautiful pool and gym. The breakfast is next level. Rooms are nice etc. The draw back is the area and if you dont speak mandarin chinese it wont be as fun. I luckaly do. Unfortunately, i dont read it and the tv was in it. All and all it was fun and i would stay there again. The breakfast and pool are worth it alone.

Very relaxing layover close to Int’l Airport

We really relaxed at this hotel. We spent the afternoon next to a stunning, huge outdoor pool. The barman at the pool, NoeunNot, was a most gracious and sophisticated tourism professional. Well done, VM Hotel! I shall return. Tom

This hotel is close to the airport. Convenient as they provide transportation to and from the airport. The facilities are new and comfortable, but the air conditioning is not very effective. Breakfast is delicious.

You get what you pay for. This is a Chinese hotel for Chinese travellers. There is a half functioning Chinese restaurant with bad Chinese food and the complex outside is the same. But the rooms are clean (seems barely used) and staff are friendly and genuinely happy to help.

Checking in at VM was quite pleasant thanks to Savann and Thona who made sure I was well taken care of and shown all the amenities at the hotel. I arrived very early but they made every effort to get me into my room as quickly as possible. Great team!

A great airport option

Overall this is a great hotel and very convenient for the airport. It is very new and very well appointed rooms-spacious and clean. We had one glitch as upon check-in the reception could not find our reservation but Mr Savin (sp) went online and found it and then was very kind and generous with us. He definitely saved the situation and our staff was very pleasant. It is also handy to have the mini centre with various eateries right in front of the hotel.

This hotel is close to the airport and has shuttle services that picked me up at the airport. The driver was waiting inside the airport right outside baggage with a sign having my name on it. Walking into the hotel you are greeted by several hotel workers. The front desk was super nice and helpful. They walked with me to my upgraded room. The front desk assisted me at the restaurant in ordering a meal and had it delivered to my room. They have Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this hotel for Cambodia visitors. Don’t miss the opportunity to feel special as a guest of VM Hotel.

The hotel is right next to the airport, they came to pick us up with the free shuttle. The girls at the reception, the boy and the driver that came to pick us up from the airport, the boy that took us and our luggage to the room and one girl and the breakfast were so kind and friendly, I can't not say the same about the men that seemed to control what the staff was doing. But maybe I am wrong. The room was huge, new and very clean. With lots of amenities. There were no noises from the planes. They granted us a late check out which we really appreciated as our flight was in the afternoon and there is nothing to do nearby.. I would go back to the hotel without doubt
