First before arriving I got two messages offering the use of their car to pick me up from the airport for $35. I hired a Grab car for $15 so I appreciate the offer but decline. CA&SA Service Apartment
It was absolutely not the room i paid for, it was very dirty, and there were cockroaches in the room. The shower leaked too, and was full of mold. do NOT go here.

Citadines Flatiron Phnom Penh
Loved our stay here, room and amenities were excellent. Very good value for money. Location was slightly out of town, however a quick grab in was easy and affordable.
