⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic hotel with clean rooms, an excellent breakfast selection featuring fresh food and daily variety, and outstanding staff who were always polite, welcoming, and helpful. Great value and a wonderful experience overall. Highly recommended!

The hotel was a haven amidst the chaos of Hanoi. All staff were very professional and friendly, and keen to make our stay as enjoyable as possible by offering sightseeing suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble. Very good food in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was a great place for a cocktail. The swimming pool was very small - not really big enough to swim - but they have limited space on the rooftop. A very well located hotel right next to the Cathedral.
