Perfect Arizona get away

Clean, comfortable, private, shower pressure great, slept very well. Visiting friends in Mesa & just needed a nice cozy place for rest. Location was great for all needs like groceries & gas, restaurants & so on. Thank you to our hosts

Great safe place to stay

This Casita is very nice with lots of fun decor. The space was clean an inviting. The owner did anything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The location is great ans we had quite nights to get a good nights rest.

Great little 1-bd casita with everything one could need. Beautifully decorated inside and out, the neighborhood is safe, and restaurants are close by. Highly recommend this place.

Cute Guest house

This is a cute one bedroom guest house, had everything we needed and was pet friendly. The check in and check out was easy, I rented this mostly for my son and his dog who were vising over the holiday weekend.

Everything was perfect. The casita is clean, spacious, comfortable and with modern amenities. The host was kind, helpful and made everything easy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and THANK YOU for the blackout shades!

Excellent stay!

Roy was very accommodating during our stay. He provided us with a fan that I asked for, and the casita had all the amenities we needed! The casita was behind our own gate and he provided us with our own remote to open the gate and close it. There was also a nice a garage to park our car! The house was very clean! We will definitely be using this VRBO again in the future!

Lovely

My husband and I stayed four nights in June. We have stayed at many VRBO‘s around the world so have a lot of experience with owners and properties, check-in, etc. Everything was great. Very nice Casita with anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything was so cute and quaint. Very clean, bed was so comfortable. Shower pressure was Amazing! Very quiet and private. Pool was nice and clean. Private entrance was a nice touch. Host was so accommodating. Had everything you needed. Tons of towels, washer dryer, and so roomy. Will definitely stay again.

Phenomenal few days

We were very satisfied with the casita. Everything was perfect. No complaints or disappointments whatsoever. Was impressed with the cleanliness, everything that was in the casita, and the surrounding area. Better than any condo or timeshare that we have ever used. Would recommend this to anyone.

New Grand Baby

We were in Gilbert for birth of our grand baby. The Casita is nice and I enjoyed the private access as well as being able to walk our daughters dog around the property. There is quite a bit of artwork, Knick knacks and collectables but as someone who grew up around "sentimental clutter" as my mom used to call it, I enjoyed the vibe.D&D from SoCal

Eclectic little casita!

We loved our stay at this casita. We flew into PHX from Seattle for an extended weekend of wedding dress shopping for my neice who lives in nearby QC, and arrived fairly late in the evening. We had no problem finding our way and accessing the space. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We spent a lovely day at the pool and the casita was very cozy and eclectic. The bed was very comfortable. We hope to stay here again for future trips.

Good for our purposes

This property was great for what we needed. The pool area was not exactly as we had expected - could use some cleaning up and updated furniture to make it more comfortable and relaxing. The inside of the casita is small but perfect for just a cozy place to stay while we spent time with friends elsewhere. There was a private garage and driveway space which was nice as well. Minimal interaction with the property owner as we simply did not need much while there. Overall it was a good stay.

Nice and clean

The condo is perfect for 2 adults. It is very clean and comfortable. We were in Phoenix for a business trip, but didn’t want a hotel. This gave us the perfect option. We also used the pool after the sun went down. Roy was great to deal with.

Roy was very responsive and accommodating! The swimming pool was wonderful and very clean, but the pool chairs were not at all. It was such a beautiful yard, but the outer windows of the Casita were a little dirty, hindering the view. The inside was clean and comfortable, and the bed was comfortable too. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, though a little past the outskirts of Gilbert City limits. Thank you Roy!

Cute little house

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The property had a place behind the house that the porch was full of old junk. The owners on the same property which was fine though could have been more organized and not just bunch of stuff all over. The pool being in their backyard with cameras pointing on us as we were using the pool. My boyfriend had 3 dogs barking at him and tried to hite him. I was standing outside as 6 dogs came under the fence and started barking at me and trying to bite my feet. Never seen the owners which was nice. Dog poop on the patio behind chairs at the pool.
