House has three Ac units which keeps the house super cool. Game room with huge window. You will be amazed on this gorgeous place, master bedroom has a jacuzzi bath tub with led lights, huge showers with massage jets, beautiful open space chef kitchen with granite countertops, huge inland, all new stainless steel appliances, kitchen has more than you need, laundry room with new machines, all rooms have large ceiling fans with remotes, two car garage with opener also a two car attached covered carport, gym exercise bikes inside garage, movie room theatre, full office with printer, best Wi-Fi, 8 ft pool table, wood burning fireplace, stereo system with Bluetooth surround sound, karaoke system, guitars, beautiful black piano. Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was very spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard was huge with lots of different places to sit down and relax and enjoy being outside. The putting green was a lot of fun too. The host, Alphy, was extremely nice and very welcoming. Al is a prompt responder, a gracious host and we absolutely LOVED the house! If you go during winter, it is worth the extra for the heated pool. Plenty of towels, blankets, comfy furniture, and plenty to do in and around the house. Would definitely stay here again!

Friends Get Away

Our party consisted of 5 adults for a winter get away and the house was perfect for us. There was plenty of room, great kitchen for cooking, spacious bedrooms and the yard was absolutely gorgeous. Pool, hot tub, putting green, multiple seating areas with fire pits surrounded by lush green trees, fruit trees, shrubs, flowers. Host was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Very bizarre experience with the host continuously watching his ring cam to determine how many were staying there. We had people coming and going as it was a business retreat. He tried to charge us an additional 1,100 saying we had 10 people staying when we didn’t. The beds are very hard and TV’s didn’t work well. I have used a lot of VRBO’s and never had a strange experience like this one. Definitely won’t stay there again!

Quiet and relaxing home

Our group of 8 friends stayed here for a week and had the best time. We enjoyed everything this home has to offer. From the putting green, to the heated (for a standard fee) pool and relaxing hot tub. The pool table was a fun addition, as well. When we arrived we had a grocery order delivered from the local Fry’s. After that we had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. The convenient location was great, with local restaurants and shopping nearby. We enjoyed baseball in Peoria and Surprise, as well as golf. Al was very kind and responsive as the water in the hot tub simply got too low and we were afraid something was wrong. He was available in minutes to show us what to do. We would 100% rent this beautiful home again. Thank you, Al.
