House was in a good area. Close to everything we wanted to go to. Love how big the house was and the several rooms that were available. Appreciated having king size beds. Usually VRBO’s have majority queen size only. It was also nice having multiple bathrooms. Games, pool and hot tub was another reason I chose this house. We had to contact the host one time and received an immediate response. We would definitely suggest this house to others and would stay here again.

Awesome home, well stocked and a great pool

We had a wonderful time while spending a week of spring break. The home is the best stocked one we have ever rented and the pool is perfect. The two 6 year olds loved the game table and the theater room. Laura was a great host.

Girl’s Weekend

A long weekend stay with childhood friends in this large accommodating home. We enjoyed the theater room and hot tub the most! The host were very quick to address some small issues we experienced and even sent over dinner. I would highly recommend this home.

Home is awesome convenient, very nice area, clean, and filled with comfort. Communication was wonderful. Golf trip

House was perfect for our golf trip. Darts, hot tub and great food after our rounds. Wish it was warmer so we could have used the pool and outdoor area. Laura and Tony were helpful, welcoming and responsive. Would definitely come back.

Family holiday

We did our first 3 generation family trip and couldn’t be happier with our accommodations at Rio Crossing! The house had everything we needed plus more, the pool was great for all ages and the hot tub was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee! The movie theatre room provided a fun space for the kids to go after a fun day in the sun working on their putting skills. Communication with house owners was fantastic! Anything we needed they got shipped to the house the same day, couldn’t be happier! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Arizona!

Fantastic vacation

Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It was one of the best well-stocked homes we have stayed at in the last 10 years. The boys really enjoyed the pool and game room and there was plenty of room for each of us. Close to Peoria for Mariners Spring Training games. Laura was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions or requests. We would definitely recommend.

Great Vacation Home!

Lots of space for 5 couples! House had just about everything you could need in the kitchen. Lots of extras towels for the pool/hot tub which we used daily. Recommend to add some shelving in the bedrooms without dressers. Would definitely stay again. Owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating.

What a great property!

Was in area with adult brothers to participate in a spartan race and weekend together. Property was great for us. Surprisingly, it was very well stocked, and had everything we needed. It was full of fun activities to keep us enjoying our time together while catching up. Host was accommodating, but didn't need anything as everything was in order. Didn't have our kids with us but could imagine it would be a great property for such a family vacation also. Highly recommend.

The house with everything!

This house was the best stocked house we’ve ever rented. They’ve thought of all the things you may want or need on vacation. The pantry has various things such as food, coffee, tea, spices, olive oil, ibuprofen, 1st aid kit, baby diapers, lots of blankets, towels, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative to address any concerns.

Weekend with the boys….

We held our 42nd annual Guys reunion… ten old married guys… to a man we all felt fortunate do find such a great place to stay. The home is large and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out.. very well appointed as we were in need of nothing. The pool and patio were priceless as we spent the majority of time there when we weren’t out running around….. very quiet neighborhood.. we just had a ball. The host was extremely quick to respond and also very accommodating although we really had no requests as it all went very smoothly start to finish… we would highly recommend this for multifamily groups or large gatherings

Old Friends, NFL Playoffs and a Great Property!

Every January I meet up with my Class of '87 high school friends from around the country to catch up and watch football. This year we picked this property and had a great time. The hosts were very proactive in communicating about check in and check out and were very accommodating for an early check in and late check out since all 8 of us were flying to this destination. The property is exactly as described and we really enjoyed the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the Arizona 70 degree January weather. The house is large and spread out nicely with plenty of spaces to relax inside and outside. We played a lot of video games in between football watching. The location is an easy drive from the airport. This is the perfect place to stock up on food/drinks and never leave. We cooked in most nights and used the outdoor grill for dinner. We loved our long weekend at this property and would definitely come back.
