Your enjoyment and memories are our primary focus. This home has it all! Heated pool and spa (Pool and spa heating provided upon request. Additional $100/day Dec-Feb, $80/day March, November, $50/day April, May and October), indoor and outdoor games including ping pong, pool table, poker table, arcade game, cornhole, electronic darts and a separate game room. The primary suite is big enough for the whole family! There are 9 TVs between 58"-86" with direct TV streaming available inside and out. The huge backyard includes dining and casual seating, a built in grill, bar, pavers, artificial turf for playing cornhole, ping pong or relaxing in the sun. There is a walkout deck upstairs with additional seating and views. Come have fun in the sun!

Our entire family came to Phoenix to celebrate two of our sons graduating from Grand Canyon University and I could not have imagined a better home to celebrate in! This home has it all! This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had and we truly did not want to leave this beautiful piece of paradise.

Excellent family getaway
We were looking for a nice, quiet place to gather the family together. This was perfect for all of us. We had our adult kids and our grandkids for 3 days under one roof and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the sun. The house is so well equipped for a family that we hardly left the property. Rob, our host was very quick to communicate and help with any need we had. Would highly recommend!

Rob and Sharon were amazing host! They were even able to provide our group an early check in. House was clean and fully stocked with all kitchen/house essentials. They even had purchased some snacks and drinks ready for us when we arrived. Pool was amazing and yard games galore. Location was perfect and access from airport was very easy. 10/10 would recommend -Logan Indianapolis, IN

Great house!
We came to Arizona for the final four and this house was a perfect location to get to State Farm Stadium. The amenities were awesome - pickleball, table tennis, corn hole and of course the pool! The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Definitely would stay again!

Family get together
The house was amazing. It had enough room for everyone. The pool and back yard were absolutely gorgeous. You could rent this beautiful home and never even need to go anywhere. It had everything. I Highly recommend this house. We will be getting this one agin next year. We had a blast in this home.

Spectacular Home for Mini-Reunion
The consistent overall 10 ratings given by previous tenants are well earned. We had a group of 6 Air Force veterans who hadn't seen each other as a group in 40 years. This house had everything we could ask for. In fact, we didn't even get to use all the amenities being offered. Every bedroom had a large bed, all the TVs were very large, and the kitchen had just about every appliance, pot, etc that one could use during their stay. The hostess is incredibly responsive and never seemed bothered by all the questions I asked. Even the check-out process was very simple! Also, plenty of parking, in a great neighborhood, and very close to numerous attractions (e.g. Surprise Stadium for Spring Training games). I could go on and on but the pictures for the listing speak for themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to book this house again on my next trip to the Phoenix area!

An amazing house with amazing hosts!
This house was perfect for all of our family that came in from different states for our daughter’s wedding. Plenty of room for everyone and the backyard makes you feel like you are staying at a resort! 10 out of 10 for sure!
