Everything was wonderful !
Can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly the entire staff is .
The hotel is beautiful!
We stayed at ADERO in May for a wedding and just had to come back and we plan to return !!
Had an amazing stay at Adero Resort in Arizona. The staff were super welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfy. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, and the views were stunning. Definitely worth five stars and I'd come back in a heartbeat.
We had a great stay at Adero Resort! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the breakfast—the food was delicious, and the made-to-order eggs were a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d definitely stay again!
Our stay was wonderful. A few high points:
- The staff were friendly and helpful. Jasmine, for one, at the front desk was very responsive.
- Dom and Keri in the spa were especially wonderful (as was our masseuse). Can't wait to come back to the spa (hopefully next year?). Lots of great services available there.
- Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job.
- The resort was beautiful and quiet with a terrific view. Perfect for what our needs were.
- The surrounding community, while not walkable, has plenty of restaurants and shopping close by (check out Fountain Hills, it's a nice alternative to Scottsdale, the fountain is cool!).
I hope we can go back again (I really didn't want to leave!).
We absolutely loved the grounds, views and the spa was amazing! Best massage I’ve had in a long time! Continental breakfast is so good but you can get a more substantial breakfast and use the credit, delicious!! I would come back here for sure!!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
This Marriott Autograph collection hotel was on the more basic side of other hotels in same brand. Location was remote so not many places to go shop and explore and about 40 minutes from Phoenix downtown. Spent two nights and was quite bored on the property as not many amenities. They had one restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner and there other location was closed not sure why though? Gym was decent size with classes which was nice. Pool and surrounding area was fine and quite intimate. Hotel itself was clean and room was nice but overall was expecting a bit of a higher end resort. Views from room balcony was nice of the mountains but also faced the parking lot and other homes in the area. There is a spa on the property but I didn’t get any treatments while there. This hotel is a good option for one or two night max and where you want to disconnect from the crazy city life.
I was put in a room that was a very long walk from the lobby, even though the property was not full, since it’s the dead of summer in Scottsdale. Since I typically travel solo I prefer something more central. The property is lovely and the service was great.
