Set on a sprawling 37.6-acre gated estate in the heart of the Sonoran Desert, this exquisite retreat offers breathtaking mountain views to immerse yourself in a world of elegance and create unforgettable memories in a serene desert haven.

The Space:
This is not your typical vacation rental. Hózhó Scottsdale, the name says it all! Hózhó - Peace, Beauty, Harmony and Well Being. With over 16,000 square feet this beautiful home combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and outdoor desert beauty. The estate is situated on a 10-acre private lot in the north Scottsdale area, strategically located so our guests can enjoy some of the most magnificent and spectacular views that the desert has to offer.
Property Highlights: Our desert oasis has something for everyone. Watch movies or the Super Bowl on the 140-inch theatre screen with Premium Theater Surround Sound in the state-of-the-art theater room with wet bar or challenge each other to billiards or a game of cards. Splash in the swimming pool and float around the lazy river, spend time relaxing in the spa or on the rooftop terrace. There are plenty of quiet spaces to take a moment of solitude to read or get lost in the glorious desert views.

Indoor Luxury: Masterful design and modern luxury are uniquely combined in this spacious home featuring an in-home theater, gourmet chef’s kitchen with sub-zero fridge and Wolf appliances, cozy indoor dining with room for more guests, pool table, televisions in each of the multiple living spaces and bedrooms. Beautifully appointed with tasteful furnishings, new beds, and other luxury upgrades, the house sleeps 22 people with 11 bedrooms and 9 baths, 3 half baths, offering four separate sleeping areas each with a full bathroom, perfect for multiple family use.

Bedroom #1- One King bed with ensuite. The master suite opens onto the back patio/pool area, and features huge windows with mechanical blinds and views of the desert, and a seating area. Attached is an opulent bathroom with 2 separate vanities, walk-in shower with steam, whirlpool tub with breathtaking views, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in chests and shelving.
Bedroom #2 – 1 King ensuite with a private patio looking over the front of the property. Attached is a full bath with a large walk in shower, separate toilet room, double sinks, a seating area, and a large closet/dressing room.
Bedroom #3 – 3 Full Beds - perfect room for kids to sit in 2 oversized plush bean bags and watch television.

We offer a wide variety of unique and well-maintained outdoor living and entertainment areas to accommodate small, intimate and personal times as well as larger and more festive functions.
The spacious covered patio area plays host to a cozy seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails and conversation. Barbeque on the outdoor gas grill or Traeger Grill, and eat al fresco in the outdoor dining areas, or enjoy an evening sitting by the cozy fire pit surrounded by deep, comfortable chairs that invite you relax and stay awhile. The fully furnished patio wraps around a luxurious pool with lazy river and separate spa with waterfalls cascading to create a cacophony of peaceful rippling water.

Our sales and sales leadership team stayed here of an off-site meeting and couldn't have loved it more. The home is well maintained, has everything you need aside from food to never have to leave the property on e you arrive. Beds were comfortable, everything is top not h.

Good Place

Overall, it was a good stay. We enjoyed the movie theater, the pool, the game room, the piano, the dining room and other aspects of the property. No air conditioning in the second building for the first night so we had to double up the bed situation - that was uncomfortable. We thought more could’ve been done to remedy that. There was plenty of fridge space in the pool building and TVs in all the rooms. We didn’t really need to leave the property to do fun things. The misters were nice, the fireplace was nice, the poker room was nice. Overall, it was a good stay.

Although we didn’t get to enjoy the impressive pool area, I can easily see it being a fantastic spot for family gatherings. I highly recommend this venue!

Amazing property

We all had an amazing time at this property and look forward to getting back in the future. Our only issue was that we could not use the pool as much as we wanted because we had some trouble with the pool heating. The customer service was very responsive and cordial, it just took a few attempts to ultimately get it fixed. Overall, we had an amazing time at this property.

This was a seamless experience. The property management worked with me and communicated the entire time. The property was stunning. The property is better in person than it appears online. I brought my three kids and they loved it as well. The gate around the pool gave us peace of mind since our kids are young.

A couple of the guys in the group are extremely well traveled and almost exclusively travel on their private jet around the world, and even they were blown away. They were taking pictures and videos of the house and grounds. If you can manage to swing it...stay at Hozho Main Estate!

$500 early check in fee with no heat in pool

The property and houses were lovely. They were clean and accomodated our large group. We were extemely disappointed to pay and extra $500 fee for an early check in and were told the pool, lazy river and spa would be heated by noon. The pool, lazy river and spa were cold when we arrived and not swimmable until 24 hours later. We asked for a $500 refund for the early check in fee and did not get it. We decided on this property because of the pool and lazy river! We would not return again.

This property is very well maintained and was spotless when we checked in. We had one issue where a guest locked themselves out of their bedroom. Upon contacting the property management company they responded within one minute and sent someone who was over to let our guest in their bedroom within 1 hour.
