Updated and vibrant 2 King 2 Bedroom Condo with 2 full baths on the ground floor! Colorful and cheery with plenty of natural light, but also perfect for tranquility and relaxation. Ground floor makes coming and going easy and convenient with your assigned covered parking a short walk away. Step out on to your peaceful patio right off of the pool. In Unit washer and dryer. Community is gated, has lush greenery & boasts 2 swimming pools.

Will consider 1 small non-shedding dog under 20 lbs that is not left alone during the day. Pet fee is $25/night plus a $300 refundable pet deposit. Pet MUST be pre-approved.

Location is AMAZING!! Short walk to several local eateries, bars and to Central & Thomas Light-rail Station, and Phoenix Country Club. This beautifully decorated, and spacious 1100 sf condo has everything you could want to work, play, relax & enjoy all that downtown Phoenix has to offer. Easy check in here with coded door entry within gated community. Equipped with Wi-Fi, 3 big screen Smart TVs with access to your own favorites like Netflix & Hulu. The stylish bedrooms feature a comfy King bed and Smart TV in each room.

You can prepare your own meal in this well-equipped kitchen or and let someone else do the cooking with several restaurants just a short walk away. You are only 5 minutes by car to 3 major freeways that can take you anywhere in the Phoenix metro area. Really nice being on first floor looking out at the pool. Age of building is a slight negative but iverall nice.

Absolutely horrible. Filthy with roaches both dead and alive. Place looks nothing like the photos, it’s run down, dirty and disgusting. Thankfully we were reimbursed our money from VRBO.
