Wigwam Area townhome in charming Litchfield Park. The townhome has a direct-access garage and is located on the 2nd level. Once upstairs, it's all one level living. Popular split floor plan with 2 separate and distinct balconies with unending mountain views. North-South exposure makes spending time outside dining or relaxing a total pleasure.

The Living Room is spacious and inviting with a fireplace for warmth and ambiance. The sofa makes into a bed for extra guests. The full dining room seats up to 8 and is connected to the kitchen and living room with an open concept. The Kitchen is fully equipped, you will not want for anything to prepare a meal for yourself or have friends and family over. There is also a separate breakfast bar and bistro breakfast area for 2 in the kitchen. Perfect Townhouse for entertaining.

Between the bedrooms and a full-sized laundry room, a computer desk, and a workstation for getting the "work" done.
The Master boasts a King-sized bed and a television with an en-suite spa bath and a walk-in closet. Step outside onto your private balcony from the Master and enjoy a private cup of coffee or glass of wine.
The second bedroom is split from the Master and has a comfy queen-sized bed.

Convenient and clean

This condo is conveniently located close to the Wigwam and to Litchfield Park neighborhoods. It was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the small balcony off the living room. I would have given it 5 stars, but there was a strong kind of deodorant smell (perhaps in the carpet) that was unpleasant. Also, there was just a bit of traffic noise from the road = but just a little. Overall, I would stay here again.
