Clean, updated 3 bedroom house with pool. TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Walk-in shower & bath tub. Very comfortable family home.

Christmas in Phoenix

The abnb was nice overall. My husband spent the 2nd day fixing/tighting things. A spindle on a chair, etc. At first the dishwasher didn’t work but did once the line was cleared. The oven’s bake feature didn’t work but to be honest Joe wasn’t told until the end of our stay. We used other features on the oven and we made use of the BBQ and smoker to prepare Christmas dinner. Backyard was pleasant and stay was spent creating family memories.@

Home cleaning service

The home had plenty of space and suited our needs to relax after a long day. The only disappointment we encountered was the cleanliness of the home. I'm not getting into the specifics of what was cleaned but the owner was notified and contacted me when I messaged him. He was polite and that the home was cleaned to his expectations. I requested to be reimbursed for one day of my stay for my cleaning services. He accepted my offer. Don't let this message steer you in the wrong direction if you are interested in vacationing in this home. My only concern was the home was not cleaned for the use of vacationers.
