Exquisite lakefront condo with spectacular views! This highly upgraded and newly remodeled condo offers visitors a great vacation experience. Enjoy peaceful morning coffee or amazing Arizona sunsets while sipping cocktails on your private oversized screened in balcony overlooking the beautiful lake and wildlife just feet away. There are lots of activities right on premises. Try your luck at fishing (catch & release/fishing poles provided), take a lovely stroll around the lake and take in the scenery including a babbling creek and waterfall, play some tennis or take a dip in the large community swimming pool or hot tub. Gas barbeque grills are located throughout the facility as well.

There are many options if you’d like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Phoenix. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer! Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best barbeque in the US), Garcia’s authentic Mexican, Red Lobster, Lone Star Steakhouse, Outback Steakhouse, Black Angus, Chili's, plus many more. Starbucks Coffee and Barnes & Noble bookstore are a quick walk away! Multiple golf courses, museums, theaters and all major sporting venues, including Spring Training baseball facilities are close by. Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17. For a day trip, check out the Grand Canyon, which is only a 2.5 hour drive from the condo, or perhaps the red rocks of Sedona which is only 1.5 hours away.

Just staying in and relaxing is a great option too! Enjoy the beautiful décor and upscale furnishings. You will feel totally comfortable with central air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. The king size master bedroom offers new, luxury bedding and a private spa-like bathroom retreat. There is a small desk area as well, complete with complementary wireless Wi-Fi. Enjoy easy access from the master suite to the large balcony through the private sliding door. The queen size guest room also boasts luxury Egyptian cotton linens and has a detached bathroom complete with soaking tub and rain-head shower. Both bedrooms come equipped with large HD televisions for your ultimate enjoyment. The sofa in the living room converts to a queen size bed for additional guests, complete with luxury linens.

The indulgent living room area has a 50” Smart television so you can stream your favorite movies or TV shows. Satellite TV and a DVD player is included as well. Free wireless Wi-Fi throughout, games, movies, and books are also provided for your relaxation and fun. Come enjoy the fully equipped exquisite kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and brand-new cookware and dinnerware. The spacious utility area adjacent to the kitchen contains a full sized washer and dryer. This property is handicapped-accessible. Awesome Stay

Our family of 4 thouroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was heated and the pond was beautiful to take a stroll by. Everything was clean and nicely updated. We will be staying again we when come back to visit family.

Lovely location in Phoenix

Visiting for baseball spring training and this place’s deck was perfect to have our morning coffee and an evening wine. The birds in the pond were fun to watch and the trail was nice quick trail to get moving a little before starting the day.

Great Place

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights. It was very peaceful and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and beautiful. Would stay here again if we ever come back to Phoenix.

Amazing home and property!

We stayed 2 nights and will definitely book a longer stay next time. The kids had a great time fishing at the lake and walking around the path. The condo was clean and well stocked, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained- the kids were thrilled that the pool was heated and had a deep end up to 8 ft. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect Fit

We just spent 5 days at Desert Shores Condo's. The property was exactly as described, no surprises or disappointment. We enjoyed the fully furnished condo, walks around the lake and close proximity to restaurants. The property owners were wonderful. They did everything to make our stay seamless.

The place was very quiet. The deck was lovely to sit and have morning coffee. The lake had a really nice walking path that is only accessible to residents which was very nice. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

Fantastic Stay for Spring Training

We booked this location for our spring training getaway. It was close to freeways (without being too close) with lots of restaurants nearby, and offered a lovely setting for the evenings to kick back and relax. Every stadium we went to was less than 30 minutes from this location and it was absolutely fabulous for our stay.

Beautiful Condo

Great 2 bedroom condo with all amazing appliances and comfy beds to lay our heads.Pheonix is quite spread out and little hard to get around if you don’t have a car, however there a food and restaurant options about a 20 min walk away, but it is an uber ride to other major attractions.

Amazing hosts and property

A great location - the lakeside view was fantastic a wonderful host, and the kitchen was superbly equipped, even though we had a brief visit and met family at restaurants for meals. One can’t go wrong with this property! We’d happily stay with this host again when we travel back to Phoenix!

Phoenix stay

The beds were very comfortable and the condo was both clean and appeared newly updated. The kitchen has everything you would need for preparing quick meals and the coffee pot was a dual coffee pot/k-cup machine, which we hadn't seen before but used every morning. We used the screened-in porch several times which looks out over a secure nice walking path around the pond. My husband used both the pool and the hot tub which he said were also clean and not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

We Alaskans loved this AZ stay!

The property is very comfortable and attractive. The description of the property on VRBO site gives all the good details. It features a lanai that overlooks the tranquil lake where we enjoyed watching the birds. (We’re amateur birders and enjoyed counting over 39 species on property grounds during our Christmas week visit) Sheri was very communicative, flexible and accommodating, and we will absolutely contact this owner again if return to visit our Arizona family.
