Welcome to newly renovated spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, single-level, and big patio home (huge pergola). House is sparkling clean that can accommodate up to 9 guests. It sits in a nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to the major freeways which makes getting anywhere in the valley a breeze. This peaceful place is perfect for its accessibility to many entertainments around the valley like lakes, airports, ASU, MLB training, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, golf courses and amazing shopping options.
THE SPACE
This spacious, modern open floor plan was just renovated in January 2023. It is perfect to enjoy family time in the huge open space of the main living area. The kitchen, living, and dinning room have high ceilings with tons of natural light provided by big windows, French doors with glass, and 2 sky lights. Through the windows and doors you have a perfect view of the patio and backyard where you can use the grill, relax, or play ping pong.

This modern design home is a getaway place for fun, joy, and relaxing time up to 9 guests. This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with an open floor plan which includes a beautiful kitchen chef with back splash tile, quartz countertops and waterfall with seating for 4. Kitchen includes brand new large black stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, electric range with induction oven, microwave, dishwasher, RO water system, and air fryer. Furthermore, it includes: high quality pots, pans, cooking utensils, blender, orange juicer, toaster, coffee maker, spices, and pretty much all needed to prepare any meal.

The property includes a top of the line brand new Lenox AC 5 tons unit which cools down the Arizona heat in just minutes. So don't worry about our normal summer high temperatures because you might need to use a sweater and a blanket if you cranked down to much the temperature!

Dinning room includes a table with seating for 6.

At the living room you can seat to relax and snuggle on a dreamy large cloud couch to enjoy your favorites shows by using a smart 75" TV and log in into your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts (don't forget to log out before you leave please). For remote workers and TV there is high speed internet available and a designed table for work.

In the Master Suite you will be able to enjoy, rest, and sleep soundly on the top of the line Tempurpedic King size mattress while enjoying your favorite TV shows. The adjacent Masters bathroom includes a beautiful extra large shower with dual black stainless steel showers and hand showers (pressure balanced), double sinks, and separated enclosed toilet. It cost us a fortune so use and enjoy it carefully because repairs are extremally expensive (a squeegee is provided so you can use it after every shower to keep it pretty and clean). There is also a large walking closet with hangers and a chest to organize your clothes for your convenience.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen bed and a futon bed (sofa) in case you need for extra sleepers (it also has a closet).

Bedroom #3 includes 2 new bunk beds to sleep 4 guests. It has a closet and a chest inside for convenience to organize clothes.

The main bathroom includes a tub, shower, and sliding glass doors.

There is also a guests bathroom located very close to the living room for convenience.

Laundry room includes brand new washer and drier. Iron and board are located in the closed beside the bedrooms. There is also a pack and play in there in case you need it.

Patio has pavers, a big pergola, grill, and a Kettler aluminum ping pong table to enjoy family time, cook relax, and have fun.

Back yard has also pavers and rocks. The construction of our POOL is 85% completed and will be ready in November 2024.We keep RV gate and patio doors locked for your safety.

The garage use is not included and we keep it locked.
Access:
- We will provide access code the day you are checking in. Please read instructions carefully to properly get this code activated. If you are familiar with LOCKLY devices then activation is fairly easy. I will be able to help you if you need me, I am just a call from you!

- We invested a lot of time and effort to be able to provide the best so you can truly enjoy your stay with us. Please act accordingly.
- There are absolutely NO parties or unauthorized events allowed. Music must be keep at normal levels to don't disturb the neighbors.
- The home use is only for the number of preapproved guests. No exceptions.
- This is a non smoker house.
- No pets allowed to avoid severe guests allergies.
- Kindly ask that you respect our home and leave it clean and tidy before you check out.
- For your protection we installed security camaras OUTSIDE the house (front, sides, and back). There are absolutely no cameras inside the house.

Our home is only 17 minutes to Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, 20 minutes to Scottsdale, 5-10 minutes to golf courses, and short walking distance to restaurants, markets, and Walmart.
