Our entire neighborhood offers free street parking. Homelessness is a serious problem nationwide, an issue that we have no control over. I am sorry that you were perturbed by our location in a busy downtown area, however I assure you that the Rooftop restaurant follows all noise ordinances as outlined by the City of Phoenix. I realize parking might have been a challenge, especially if you staying on Friday, when the monthly street festival on Roosevelt attracts lots of people who take up all the free parking. On any other day, our guests find parking on the surrounding streets.
