Furnished rental in the wonderful 55+ community of Westbrook Village. This is the most popular St. Thomas model end unit with lots of natural light. Many upgrades including recent remodels of both bathrooms, kitchen, new appliances within the last three years, beautiful plantation shutters throughout the home. Plank flooring throughout with plush carpet in the master area.The outdoor space is a private oasis with travertine and artificial turf, adjustable sunscreens, firepit and a natural gas Weber grill for your enjoyment. Minimum commitment of 30 day rental per HOA rules. When you lease this lovely home you will have access to the private Scotland Hills pool/spa as well as full access to the Westbrook Community Clubhouse with lap pool, spa, fitness center, pickleball courts and many more amenities.

Very comfortable clean and updated townhome. Owners live nearby and are very responsive when questions arise. Conveniently located in Westbrook Village. Fitness facilities, pools and clubs available and very nice.
