This is the vacation rental you've been looking for! Escape to this terrific newly renovated 3-bedroom house in lovely and quiet North Phoenix neighborhood. With a queen bed, twin bed, and futon, guests will find the space welcoming and comfortable. Both bathrooms are ensuite! AC/heating, high speed WiFI, The 3rd bedroom can serve as office (has desk and credenza) with LOVELY view of patio. Patio has plenty of shade and ceiling fan. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and iron, along with 2 bathrooms featuring showers. Kitchen is fully equipped including blender, Walking distance to park. 3D TV in living area, but on rollers if you want to watch TV in bed! Fall in love with Phoenix and enjoy the magic it has to offer. Home has 2 car garage, but only fits 1 large size SUV and a small subcompact.

Everything went great. When we go there we did notice a few things weren't clean like there was dry fruit on the floor but nothing major that weren't able to do a quick pick up. The host was great an responded quickly. Would definitely book again.
