Walking distance to Super Bowl in Feb 2023. We are in a great location for Super Bowl set up and events. Ask us about long term rental rates for this year's game. Centrally located in Glendale, Arizona within walking distance of State Farm / Cardinal's Stadium, Westgate Entertainment District (includes Gila River Arena, movie theater and many restaurants), Tanger Outlet Mall and Top Golf. Minutes from multiple Spring Training parks. This 4 bedroom ranch style home sleeps 8 comfortably with 1 king and 3 queen size beds. Wifi included. Cable TV in living room and 3 bedrooms. Fourth bedroom has Netflix TV (Netflix also available on living room TV). Two full bathrooms with linens.

Great property and location
It was a short easy walk to State Farm Stadium. Everything at the property worked perfectly. There were lots of dishes, pots & pans, towels, etc. We were even pleasantly surprised with there being a variety of things like tea, coffee, spices, etc. in the pantry. And there's a back entrance to the neighborhood that's not well publicized but is a huge time saver if there's stadium traffic you want to avoid. I highly recommend this property.

Spring training visit.
Good location, well stocked with all items needed for our visit (dishes, towels, etc), good washer/dryer, nice accommodations and patio. We were able to park our car in the garage - big deal!

Perfect!
Best place we stayed on this trip. Walking distance to State Farm Arena and the excellent Westlake Entertainment Center. Will stay here every time I am in Phoenix. No reason to look beyond this place.

One of the Best!
This was our second stay at this property and it continues to be one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever utilized. The place is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need for an extended stay. The beds were comfortable and linens and towels all high quality. A nice patio and grill with covered furniture so it is clean when you want it. Communication with the host was outstanding and immediate. If that wasn't enough the location, particularly for a sports fan is outstanding. A short walk to Cardinals stadium and close to several spring training facilities. If not a sports fan, the Westgate Entertainment complex is the same short walk, with many great restaurants. This is on our list for many return visits!

Best location for stadium experience!
This property is as listed. The home was clean, and comfortable. The best part about about it is, it’s location. We walked to the stadium daily and had a wonderful time. It was close to the Beth store, the dispensary, and the grocery store. We will definitely stay again.

2nd year we've stayed here. Excellent location for baseball games. Easy freeway access, and lots of dinning out options in the area. Clean house just about you need to be comfortable.
