Guests will have access to the entire guesthouse and the fenced backyard which you can access through the master bedroom. There's also a storage unit in the backyard which is available for use.

-Although the casita is an entirely private and separate space, other units exist on the property (the Airstream and the main house).
-I reside on the property (main house) as well as other tenants/guests. I’ve designed the property to maximize privacy. Everyone’s friendly, so say hello if you’d like!
-The listing comes with one parking spot on the premises, but plenty street parking is available as well.
-The casita features two mini-splits: one in the living room and one in the bedroom.
-The listing doesn’t include access to laundry
-We kindly request to refrain from sending mail/delivery of any items to the house address. This request is to prevent any inconvenience from both parties, as we've encountered issues with mail delivery before and we want to make sure that your valuables will get to you safely in due time.
-We have three exterior cameras on the property. One is positioned at the front door of the unit, capturing the exterior hallway, and another is located at the entrance. All cameras are installed outside and do not monitor any private areas.
