Welcome to Coronado. A neighborhood that's a true community. Located in midtown Phoenix, the Coronado neighborhood (often referred to as Greater Coronado) covers over 1-3/4 square miles (just under 1200 acres) and includes around 4,000 households. Three historic districts – Brentwood, Coronado and Country Club Park – make up much of the neighborhood. Hundreds of small businesses thrive on our periphery. Walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. The western side of Coronado was constructed largely between 1920 and 1930 and reflects the California Bungalow and Spanish Colonial Revival building styles; the northern side is predominantly ranch styles common of the 1940's. Throughout the neighborhood you will find the occasional contemporary infill home. Much of our neighborhood falls within the Phoenix Historic Preservation zoning guidelines. The Coronado neighborhood is centrally located and has direct access to major freeways, is within close proximity of the Phoenix downtown & central corridor, the “arts district”, the light rail line, and three major hospitals.
WOOF! This home is dog friendly. A total of one dog will be welcome for $25 per night pet fee or for those guests staying 30+ nights the pet fee is reduced to $10 per night.

It is perfectly situated close to downtown as well as other areas we were going to. Large driveway was easy to back a trailer into and the driveway was long enough to fit my truck and trailer. Yard is perfect this time of year. Inside was very clean and very nicely appointed.
The property is very well maintained. The location is great with easy access to almost everything a person would want.
A few more dishes in the kitchen is the only thing I would improve.
Great location for us because we have family in the area. The house is really cute, neat and clean. Has everything we needed and a few extras like popcorn, coffee. It has a couple chairs and table on the front porchand a picnic table and bbq out back.
Great little dog-friendly home in heart of Phoenix' Coronado district. We needed a place close to Phoenix Childrens Hospital. Loved the family-oriented, laid-back neighborhood--neighbors were great & friendly. A couple of blocks to Oak Street Murals which are fabulous. Saw a whole different side of Phoenix--close to neighborhood bistros & restaurants. Also close to the 10 & the 51.
Nice clean, easy spot. One problem - not enough light. The primary bedroom does not have enough lighting (that works) there was a lamp but the plug was behind the bed and too difficult to get to. Lighting in the bathroom was not good either. The living room lighting lacked as well. My other critique was the host/cleaning fee they felt high for that space.
The property was great, huge backyard for dogs if you have them.
Contact with property manager was not what is was promised. House did not come with a lot of backup on dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, or laundry soap.
The biggest issue was the BBQ in the back. It had a leak in it, which is fairly dangerous. This made the propane run out very quickly. Contacted the property manager with no response...at all.
I would highly recommend this property based on location, cleanliness, and the huge backyard. Plan on bringing or buying a lot of the essentials.
Stefanie was a wonderful host! She attended to any question I had super quick. The property was very clean and spacious for me and my dog to stay for a few days, I felt at home! Great host, great location!
Nice, comfortable, and clean home in historic Coronado neighborhood. The area is older, but artistic and walkable - we felt safe. Several coffee shops and really great Mexican restaurants within walking distance, Oak Street murals and Hive gallery are just around the corner. The home is conveniently located in Phx - close to freeways and downtown. The ballpark is a quick Lyft ride away. The light rail is a couple of miles away-maybe a little too far to walk during summer but probably easy in winter time. Couple of suggestions for minor improvements: fix lamp in master bedroom, and shower curtain rod in bathroom is too wide for hooks. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
This was a good find in the Coronado Historic District in Phoenix. Just a couple blocks away from the Mural walk on Oak. If you’re looking for a nice place in a laid back, bohemian neighborhood while staying in Phoenix, this is it. Definitely recommend
The property was perfect both for use and location. The house was centrally located to see some spring training games and go east to Superstition Mountain/ Apache Junction. Kitchen/ bathroom/ bedrooms were all great. We had our dog with us and he loved the back yard. Would definitely stay again.
We are in town due to a family member with a medical issue. We needed a place on short notice and close to the hospital. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Everything was great!
