Close to the highway exit for easy on/off but no highway noise in the room. Check in was very easy, even late at night. Wendy at the front desk was really kind and helpful, even after a long day. The property is clean and the the bathroom was very clean- not always the case these days. Great deal for the price.

I stayed 4 nights, front desk staff was helpful, but they were reconditioning the hotel and putting on a new roof. Noisy along University Blvd, and I only received Houskeeping one time in 4 days and I requested every day.

Hotel location and surrounding area was very nice. My room was nice and clean, new carpet and fresh paint. Front desk personnel was great!! Pool area needs some work. Hot Tub was working ..not that many chairs or tables. It looks like the hotel outside of recently been painting. It looks very nice. The are definitely trying to do some upgrades it will be nice when everything is done.

Front desk personnel is super friendly and helpful and someone is always there. The property was being renovated and I was amazed at how well it was coming along in the short time I was there. Breakfast was on-time every morning. Waffles, Toast, bagels, cold cereals, scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee available 24/7. Ice machine and vending machines with juice, soda, water, monsters, frozen meals and snacks (including ice cream!) are all located across the breakfast area. Location is convenient to dining (about a mile away are a lot of choices). It is easy to drive around the area normally. Right now there is construction on the roads so allow a few extra minutes getting back to the airport. Housekeeping is set to come every 3 days. I was there 6 days and only saw housekeeping when we went looking for fresh towels and toilet paper on the 4th day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again and recommend it.

The sheets were dirty and stained with cig. Burns and stains. Asked for another one , still stained. Dirty floor and bathroom. The food was not good and the whole experience was uncomfortable

The hotels website did not advise about the construction in the hotel. The property was dirty. Curtains in the room where stained, hallway carpet stained and not cleaned, shower curtain did not cover the tub and water was spilling on the floor outside the tub. The elevator was run down. Breakfast Food was terrible. My entire stay was a disappointing and not expected the poor conditions of the property.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! When we stayed, they were remodeling, so the pool & hot tub were closed, and we were woken up to the roof being scraped off at 6:30 am. It was SO loud!

Everyone was very friendly it’s a nice hotel to Uber to local bars. It’s a good stay it’s a little old but still nice to stay and very clean. I would stay here again

Major renovations to include replacing entire roof spray painting exterior roll offs throughout parking lot and several large cherry pickers. I don’t feel they should be open during this type of work. Had I been warned this type of work was going on I never would have booked the room.

The hallway floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks! No security at the side doors of the hotel. Anybody could get in. The rooms were very clean though. The hotel seems to be under renovations.

Clearly a property that was something else first and renamed Country Inn. It’s in the midst of a remodel, which it desperately needs. Breakfast was good but nothing special. I booked this place because it had a pool (Phoenix temps!) but of course it was closed all week without looking like it was being worked on. If still looking, request a room on the backside of the hotel! Cars, motorcycles, and trucks think the road in front of the building is a race track and rev their engines all day through the walls.

I booked this hotel in part because it had an airport shuttle. Unfortunately the shuttle isn’t 24/7 and wasn’t available to catch an early morning flight, so I had to pay for a ride.

I apologize you did not have a good experience, we had 3 different people confirm that the room smelled of smoke and at check it we have all guests agree to not smoke since it is a nonsmoking hotel.

Pool was out of commission which sucked for as hot as it was. Under construction so the place was less than ideal for family. Breakfast was decent. Tile floors in room made our feet black they were so dirty.
