Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, 3 bedroom/2 bath, 1527 square feet, well appointed golf course home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Master bedroom has a king bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds in them. Additionally there is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing for comfortable sleeping for 8 people in the house. The open living room is furnished with a big screen TV and sound bar, sleeper sofa, loveseat and 2 comfy chairs. The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with granite countertops, 4 barstools and all the amenities you would need for your stay. Situated on Coldwater Springs Golf Course with views of the Estrella Mountains, guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on this public course and later watch the sunset from the patio or take a dip in the heated pool. Well stocked and furnished with 4 outdoor lounge chairs, conversation seating and barbecue along with a teak outdoor dining table that seats 8. Situated 20 minutes west of downtown Phoenix off I-10. Adventure awaits in any direction you venture.

Wonderful trip

Our friends had a wonderful time at this property. Located on the 11th hole we were able to easily access the course. The pool was amazing and we had everything we needed! Would stay here again!

Perfect winter getaway

30 mins from everything , heated pool was perfect for us and house was in great condition. Gretchen was great to work with and very helpful with places to eat and shop at. 2 hours from Sedona and 3.5 hours from the Grand Canyon .

Family Visit

Perfect location near where family lives, and easy to get to places we wanted to go. Fun to find golf balls on top of the pool cover from the fairway outside the back door! Host always very responsive and accommodating.

Beautiful Home

We had a family trip with our son moving to Arizona and needed a home to close to base. We found this home and will definitely come back. Host has great communication and home is like pictures show. Home is well stocked with anything you will need. Pool is amazing, Can't wait to go back

Perfect house for relaxing stay

This home is the perfect size, ideal layout and well appointed. We enjoyed the pool, the outdoor space and the house was perfect for our getaway. The beds are super comfortable, excellent space for everyone and the kitchen fit our needs perfectly. Easy to find, convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Wonderful location !!

This is our 3rd trip to AZ using HomeAway properties and Gretchen's property was fabulous. The layout of the house was wonderful for our family, the pool area was fantastic with all the lounge chairs as well as the large table for outside dining and game playing. Everything we needed was available and the location of the house was perfect for shopping and getting to several ball parks. I highly recommend this property !!

Perfect family get away

The house was exactly how it looked on VRBO. It was very clean when we arrived. The weather was extremely hot so the pool was very comfortable. Everything was provided for us upon arrival. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi was perfect 🤩 we are very pleased. Hope to stay there again. Thank you 🙏🏼

GEMM Property is a gem!!

I cannot say enough good things about the property. It was spotless, well stocked, beautiful and so comfortable we never wanted to leave! We stayed a week over Christmas and the weather was cool at times, but the pool was always nice and warm and our kids spent endless hours swimming. The location is close to everything, yet in an area with a great neighborhood feel. The host was very responsive, even on Christmas Day! I would definitely stay here again, and hopefully that will be next winter!

Perfect vacation home

From the reservation, questions to owners along the way, and the home was everything you should expect from a vacation home rental. Very clean, well maintained home. The pool was just right and the outdoor area had a nice arrangement of seating. Plenty of room for our family Both inside and outside. Location is nice, safe, and quiet. Very responsive home owners. We were very pleased with our stay in this home. I would return to the property and recommend it.

Concert weekend

On our first night at the house we had a storm that knocked out the power to the house and fried the refrigerator Gretchen and her team was quick to replace the refrigerator. Thanks to Gretchen and her team we had a great weekend in a great house and we look forward to staying here again in the future.
