Discover this lovely 2-bedroom gem in the highly acclaimed Vistancia Village neighborhood in Peoria AZ! This peaceful house backs up to BLM land with a beautiful view of one of the infamous Twin Peaks of North Peoria, making it the perfect winter oasis! All utilities are included including Wifi. You will feel right at home! 90 day stay minimum.
LIVING AREA has a 75" Roku TV with surround sound, large sectional couch with recliners... so very cozy!
KITCHEN is complete with all appliances (large and small), pots and pans, utensils, and dishes; everything you would need for your stay! Just bring your favorite coffee maker!
MASTER BEDROOM has a king size bed, 65" Roku TV, and plenty of space for your belongings and clothes with the large walk-in closet. It highlights a large walk-in rain shower with handrails for safety.
GUEST BEDROOM has a queen size bed, 32" Google TV, desk, and plenty of room for clothes and storage. It also has its own full bathroom with extra storage.
BACKYARD features plenty of outdoor seating, propane fireplace, propane grill... perfect for a relaxing stay!
