Must send picture of i.d to host prior to check-in for all people staying. text to 602-690-8166. don’t wipe floors with the towels. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Stay Away from building
Be courteous and respectful at all times to the neighbors host etc. Park in front of the house on Culver st or 11th ave. No parking in the driveway. Breaking any rules cancels booking nonrefundable..

The property wasn't accessible from the street. You have to go on the side of the house, thru rocks. The washer and dryer and the kitchen is not usable, except if the roommate allows it. I didn't stay. I'm trying to get a refund.
