HERE IS HOW RENTAL WORKS

I rent out 30 day blocks or longer. Property is located near the VA hospital. This condo has wall mounted TV's in every major room with easy to operate remotes. Every room is oriented towards providing an excellent sleeping room to get away and relax.

Please note that in some cases you may need to check in on the last day of preceding month you are renting to keep things on track. The exact stay dates may not be able to coincide with the month exactly but it will be very close. 31 night stays are not allowed unless you want to book more than one month. Your first day should be on the same day the previous renter departed. You can always communicate with me first and we can iron out the exact arrival and departure date. If you choose to arrive on the first day of a 31 day month I think you will be fine. In that event no need to communicate before hand.

Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a keyless secure door; no need for an in-person key exchange. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy. You can expect all the comforts of a fine hotel, including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.
