Thank you for staying with us! Before you leave, we kindly ask that you complete the following: Load and start the dishwasher. Place all trash in the outdoor trash cans. Lock all doors and windows.
Make sure the gas valves for the BBQ and fire pit are off. Please leave all bed sheets on the beds. Place all used towels on the bathroom floor. Return all TV and remotes to their locations.
Set the thermostat to: 78°F in summer 68°F in winter Turn off all lights before you leave. If you used the countertop ice maker, please empty any remaining ice and turn the machine off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
