Relax and stay at one of the best locations Scottsdale has to offer. This 3 BR, 3 BA home is located in the heart of North Scottsdale on the 1st hole of the legendary Scottsdale TPC. Walk out your back door and experience the Phoenix Open. A short walk to the Princess Resort and all that it has to offer. Minutes to Kierland Commons & the Quarter and 5-Star dining and shopping. A short drive to the Talking Stick Resort, Casino, Spring Training, Westworld, Barrett-Jackson, Arabian Horse Show, Desert Ridge and more! So many golf courses, parks and hiking nearby! All new furnishings, mattresses, bedding. 3 brand new smart TVs. Two en-suites, the master has a large walk-in shower with dual vanities and sliders to the back patio. Two King Beds, One Queen Bed. The open kitchen is fully equipped to cook and entertain and features a great island with seating, a breakfast nook with table and chairs overlooking the golf course. Enjoy your morning joe on the back patio while watching the golfers walk by. Enjoy outdoor dining under the shade of the large ramada overlooking the pool, hot tub, and the golf course. Built-in natural gas BBQ, 2 real grassed areas, putting green. 2 car garage with built-in cabinets. Pool & hot tub can be heated for a separate charge based on the usage. This is a fully furnished home with a 30-day minimum lease. Rates vary by season/month.
