Escape to this Active 55+ community in picturesque Mesa. There is so much to do here! "You'll make friends within 15 minutes of arriving."

Unlimited pickleball, tennis, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, pool tables, wonderful movie theater, multi-use ballroom that hosts generous community breakfasts, weekly live music, church with our own choir, multi-use studio for things like big-screen sports and potlucks, wood shop.

Lots of social groups; billiards, bingo, bunco, cribbage, quilting, ukulele groups, shuffleboard.

Located in east Mesa, close to hundreds of great hiking trails, restaurants & pubs, theaters, stores and malls.

This cozy Park Model home features a nice living room with recliners and TV, full kitchen with microwave, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, an Arizona Room with a TV and pull-out sofa bed, a full bathroom with a hair dryer, clothes washer & dryer, BBQ, A/C, cable TV, WiFi. Great location, a short two blocks from the center area where the pool and all the activities are.
