  • Welcome to your fully furnished, cozy 1-bedroom condo located on the second floor, featuring an open floor plan and a private balcony overlooking the pool. Inside, enjoy queen bed, two smart TVs for your streaming needs, plus included utilities and Wi-Fi for a hassle-free stay. The unit has a private small stackable washer and dryer but if you have larger loads, there is a community laundry room available. The community also offers two refreshing pools, a hot tub, and bbq grills.
    You’ll have easy access to ASU Tempe campus, major freeways and Sky Harbor International Airport, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
    Just bring your sunglasses and sunscreen. We’re ready for your arrival!
