Lovely Property

Nice neighborhood in Gilbert, close to all shops, freeways and amenities. Lovely property, well decorated and very comfortable furnishings and surroundings. Private entrance. Very nice and accommodating hosts. They made our stay easy and welcoming.

I travel to AZ frequently, and this is our favorite place. Denise and Dave are phenomenal and the apartment is perfect! If you’re lucky enough to snag this place, good for you! You won’t be disappointed.

The apartment was perfect for my needs. The location was central to everything I needed. It was a good neighborhood and I had no qualms about going out for a walk. A nice set of pots and pans were provided if i felt like cooking.

Great Place

This was the perfect place to stay for my short trip. I just needed a place to stay that wasn’t too far from anything and this was it. Very spacious and clean. The bed was also pretty comfortable and the pillows on the couch were very soft.

Property was just as the pictures showed.

This was a quiet neighborhood, we had some interaction with hosts who were very responsive. The apartment was exceptionally clean and was decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable, bathroom well stocked ( we even used the first aid kit for a bandaid). Our only negative was the couch. It would serve as a bed for a third person but not comfortable for us “old folks”.

Amazing place!

Stayed here towards the end of April with my two kids (5 and 7). It was located in a beautiful part of Gilbert and close to everything we needed. The property is fantastic, with a great yard, and an awesome fenced pool area. Located about 50 yards away from the home is a fun park area. The guest house had everything we needed, and the hosts were absolutely fantastic! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Cheers!

The property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment is modern, spacious and very clean. It was originally the garage to the home to which it is attached. We hope to stay there again for our subsequent visits to the area.

Very clean and spacious 1 bedroom in nice neighborhood. Well equipped and lacked nothing. Had brief encounter with the owner, Denise, who was very nice. We had no issues to be addressed during our stay. We rarely stay in the same place twice (we just like new experiences), but would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and quiet and beautifully decorated. It was very roomy. It was located in a lovely neighbourhood where we enjoyed walking in the evenings. The homeowners were friendly and always available for questions. The one thing I missed having was in house laundry as we stayed 13 days; however, there is a laundromat nearby.
