Honestly easy booking, the owner was very welcoming and communication with spot on. Nice views and the property is very clean. Check in and check out was straight forward, would 100% recommend for a family vacation spot

Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had two nights in this beautiful home and were very impressed. Six adults fit comfortably. The home was very spacious and well equipped for all of our needs. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet place to stay and relax.

The house was great. Nice big living room and open kitchen area to sit and watch tv and relax. Outside area was great. House is somewhat close to freeway but you never heard it at all. So many things close by. Very nice grocery nearby. Will definitely try and reserve this house again when we come to Phoenix area again.

Excellent lake side home

We needed to attend a wedding in the area. Our home was so much nicer than other guests who had to stay in nearby hotels. The backyard lake provided nice views; the putting green was fun; two living areas to relax in; big dining area and 3 bedrooms and bathrooms made this a perfect place for the six of us. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Five star experience

I felt right at home!

The home was very clean and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The apartment itself was immaculate, and the interior design had a touch of luxury. One of my favorite aspects of the property was the backyard. It was like having a retreat in the middle of the city. We spent hours outside, enjoying the fresh air and sunshine while fishing in the nearby pond and playing a round of golf. It was a truly unforgettable experience, especially teaching my girlfriend's son how to fish for the first time. The entire stay really felt like a mini vacation.

Sweet little gem

Property was adorable, and the neighborhood itself is very nice with multiple parks and nice sidewalks for evening walks. Interior of house is a nautical type theme and while some items (like peeling quater-round) are in need of repair, the house itself is darling and functional. "Lake" in the backyard is a fun touch and nice to sit and watch day or night. House has a nice big kitchen and two living rooms. Beds were comfy Keurig and k cups provided The best Catholic Church I've ever been to is about 3 minutes away (St Thomas More) Other things that I wish I knew: All bedrooms are upstairs The toilet paper is single ply The peddle boat was unusable, filled with dirty water. Garage is not available for use I would definitely stay again!
