- Relax by the heated pool (no charge), sink putts on the putting green and play bocce, with two king master suites for couples. The backyard has a heated pool, gazebo, ping-pong, putting green, bocce ball court, cornhole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, a gas fire table and a BBQ. Inside are 2 king master suites, 2 queen bedrooms, smart TVs in every bedroom, a dedicated workspace with a monitor, high-speed WiFi, a fully stocked kitchen, laundry and outdoor dining.
Location: Starbucks is walkable. Fashion Square Mall, Old Town nightlife and dining, Maya Beach Club, W Hotel pool parties, golf courses, grocery and waterfront boutiques are about 5 minutes away. Giants spring training is 5 min; Cubs, Rockies and Diamondbacks 10 min; A's, Angels, Dodgers, Reds, Padres, Mariners, Royals, Brewers, White Sox and Rangers are a short drive. Talking Stick Casino and the aquarium are 9 min, Desert Botanical Garden 9 min, the Phoenix Zoo 10 min and Camelback Mountain hiking 12 min.
Guest access: Easy self check-in with the keypad on the front door. Check-in details arrive the morning you arrive. I'm available by phone, text or email.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Strip the beds and put the linens in the hampers; start a load of the white and gray towels; load and start the dishwasher; unplug the coffee pot;
Throw away food from the fridge and freezer; put all trash in the driveway bins (pink is recycling, no liquids in the trash); clean the grill if you used it.
Checkout is 10 AM, when the cleaners arrive.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rules
Quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM Sun-Thu, midnight-8 AM Fri/Sat. No parties or events; only registered guests overnight, 2 day visitors with approval.
No diving: the pool is shallow. Supervise kids at all times. Keep the pool vacuum in, close umbrellas, and turn off the fire pit gas after use.
Keep doors and windows closed when A/C or heat is on. No candles or indoor fires. Guests pay the actual cost of any damage or extra cleaning.
