Next to San Tan Village Mall, Top Golf and commercial areas. Shopping, restaurants entertainment, movies are just less than a mile away.
Heated private pool in the backyard. No charge for heating the pool!

HOA and Aibnb are shutting down the listings which have parties on the properties. Family gathering is welcome! But we are very strict with NO PARTY rules.

The house is next to San Tan Village Mall, located at South Val Vista commercial area. Easy access to Freeway 202. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment, movies are just less than a mile away. Minutes to Topper golf club.

Please give me at least 24 hours notice advance if you would like to check in early, also remind me the day before you arrive, so I can notify the cleaner to do your location first if possible.
