Spacious 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, 2-story townhome. Classic Southwest style where you'll definitely feel your Arizona location. Open living/dining/kitchen level that opens to private courtyard/terrace. Comfort in mind with lux sofa and lounge chair, 70" TV, and lots of natural light. New 10' long, exotic granite island that seats six, perfect for communal dining, hanging out, and working on your laptop. Spacious 2 bedrooms upstairs for privacy. Each en suite with walk-in closets and bathrooms. Primary bedroom's bathroom has jacuzzi tub and shower combo. Second bedroom's bath has walk-in shower.
High-speed internet. Living Room smart 70" TV has full DirecTV cable. Kitchen and primary bedroom have smart TV.
New, front-load washer-dryer on ground level.
Included is fully enclosed carport for 2 cars, and just off the carport is FOB'd gate to courtyard entry.
Scottsdale licensed short-term rental, license no. 2024139. If license not identified, it is not an approved rental in City of Scottsdale.
