The check-in was fine, room spacious & clean…only the TV didn’t work. The attendant at the desk had to come up twice to try and get it to work, still no TV for our stay. Very disappointed that nothing could be done to remedy this inconvenience!

Bedding wasn’t changed for 6 days. Many times they didn’t put clean towels.Didn’t replace tissue or toilet paper. Floors weren’t cleaned (Bathroom mostly). The in room phones were not working. I couldn’t call the front desk or revive messages. Didn’t replace coffee. There was a very loud beeping in room 213 I went to ask if someone could fix it. At first they told me that maintenance would not be available to until the next day. However the young lady at the desk was able to help. Keep in mind one of the most kindest lady that cleaned rooms. She did do an excellent job.

The entire property needs a remodel , staff was great but just old , no cold water in shower , no hot tub , elevator old , etc.

The room was immaculate and bed very comfortable. The refrigerator has a small freezer in it ,which was a special treat. The air conditioner was quiet ,which not always a given. There is also a chair/recliner in the room. The bathroom is large and shower great. There is ample parking with various access doors close to hotel which was great for us as we had lots of luggage. There is also a chair/recliner in the room. They were working on the spa but might be fixed by time you get there. Tips... the door handle to the room is a lift UP not press down and the ice machine is on the 5th flr. The people who work there are very friendly and exceedingly helpful. James went out of his way to help us with a couple questions. We didn't eat the breakfast because we are late sleepers so I cannot report on this. Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Mesa.

Front office staff was never at the front desk and when she was she was rude, I walked by once and a person was actually yelling to front office but never come out. Very noisy all hours of the night and I had no hot water and the tv didn't work. Made an already stressful situation as my husband was at Banner Dessert in the ICU, made more stressful and anxiety - very little sleep. Gave me the wrong code to the internet so I was unable to work remotely at my job. Breakfast foods were slim if any at 0800 when it doesn't end until 0900. Just an all around stressful frustrating stay.

The staff was very helping and accommodating, but the rooms and food we below par. The "double beds" were full size which I was not aware of until getting to the hotel. My roommates took part in the hotel breakfast and said they wouldn't even finish it. The only redeeming qualities about this stay was the staff and the pool.
